Benefits of CSM-CP

All CSM-CP Partners:

• Must adhere to the general terms and conditions of the Program;
• Should uphold the reputation and standing of CSM-CP;
• Must act with integrity and respect others, value alternative points of view;
• Must act within the boundaries of relevant legislation;
• Must act in the general interest and must not use their position to unfairly benefit organizations, their employers, or others;
• Must promptly pay membership fees as part of continued program enrolment;
• Will not commit on behalf of CSM-CP in any way unless authorized to do so;
• Will not make any statement on behalf of CSM-CP or purport to represent CSM-CP through any public medium, including digital social media, unless authorized to do so by CSM-CP ;
• And must reject and will not make any offer of bribery or unethical inducement.

CyberSecurity Malaysia reserves the right to review any Partner’s application for validity and conformity to the rules stipulated in the CSM-CP terms and conditions. Should a partner fail to meet the conditions in this Code of Conduct, the CSM-CP may, at its sole discretion, decide on the appropriate action to take.

CyberSecurity Malaysia reserves the right to update this Code of Conduct. By applying to become a Partner to the CSM-CP you indicate that you have accepted and will abide by the Code of Conduct of CSM-CP.

All CSM-CP Partners must adhere to the general Terms and Conditions & Code of Conduct specified. This includes obligation as a CSM-CP Partner towards confidentiality and freedom of information, publicity, usage of CSM-CP logo, intellectual property rights, unintended disclosure, data protection, disclaimers, notices, rights of third parties, commencement, variation and termination, and governing law.
